CSI recently completed a successful Epic go-live in partnership with a medium sized health system in the United States. This engagement brought together CSI’s Training and Activation teams to deliver fully integrated support across the organization’s enterprise-wide implementation. The engagement began in late November 2024 with the deployment of 16 Credentialed Trainers who remained onsite through March 2025. These experts delivered comprehensive support to a wide range of end users, offering classroom training, personalization labs, and at-the-elbow go-live services.
